Need a Website?

What’s Included?

An appraiser website that has been proven to convert into actual orders. We have tested a lot of different website elements over the years based on marketing best practices and what’s working online right now… then tested to see what worked in the appraisal industry.

We’ve taken that knowledge and incorporated it into the site we’re offering you right now.

As we showed in the video above, this includes everything listed in the list on the right.

There’s a lot of great benefits included, but a couple of key points here…

#1) YOU OWN the site… you are not locked in to anything. You can move it, modify it, or anything you’d like. Which leads us to another important point…

#2) The site not only is set up to be optimized for what’s working right now, but you will have the flexibility to make adjustments really easily in the future. As we showed in the demo, it will be easy for you to manage and edit this site, and you aren’t locked in to a few limited and hard to edit templates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does it cost?
The investment for one of these websites is currently $797 (one-time)… which is MUCH lower than you’d be able to get a site like this for anywhere else.

In fact, we asked for quotes from web designers for how much it would cost to get a website set up with all of these features and the quotes ranged from $1500-5000. We were not able to find anyone who would be able to do them at this price with all the features we have built in.

We have a $37/month fee for fast and optimized website hosting, regular backups, access to some helpful tools you can use for your website (which we install for you), and access to our tech team that can help you with your website later if you need it at a low rate. That doesn’t kick in for 60 days after ordering.

Also please keep in mind that you own the site (which is not the case with all of the other appraiser website sellers who charge you a monthly fee), so you can cancel the monthly $37/month at any time if you’d like to host elsewhere.

Here’s where you can enroll at this limited time low price:

Q: What if I decide I don't want to continue paying the $37/month?
No problem! You can cancel that at ANY time… (even immediately before the first charge kicks in if you want… you get 60 days before that begins).

The reason we set up the $37/month is so we could provide you with fast optimized website hosting, regular website backups (in case something happens to it), access to several tools we are able to provide for you, and access to our tech team who can help you if you need it.

Please note that you own your website completely as of the moment it goes live so you are more than welcome to cancel the $37/month and go elsewhere. The cheapest hosting you’ll find (which doesn’t include backups or a fast optimized server for your website) is around $10/month.

We do highly recommend having regular backups added to your hosting account, which I believe on both of those will run you around $15/month. An SSL certificate is starting to be really important because in Chrome your site might say “Not Secure” if you don’t have one. With one installed, it will show the green “Secure” instead. The cheapest is probably Godaddy at $69/year although you can look around elsewhere and then have your hosting company install it for you.

Having all of that adds up to around the same price, which is why we put that together at $37 and do it all for you so you don’t have to deal with it and you also get the benefits of a more robust server, but you own the site so you are more than welcome to set it up wherever you’d like. Also the backups and SSL are completely up to you, but they are both recommended.

And if you need help on your site later, you are welcome to go try and find a good, reliable tech person who understands your site (and appraisers). Just know that good tech people are hard to find, and can be expensive. Tech guys are notoriously unreliable also, so although you can definitely get help from anyone on your website, we just provide access to our team at a low rate for those using our services because we want to help and let you focus on your business and not deal with the hassle of finding a tech person.

Q: What if I want more than one website? One for each area I work in?
Contact us at support@appraiserinsider.com for a quote on more than one website.
Q: Can I split up the payments?
We’ve had a few requests for a payment plan, so if you’d like to break it up into 2 payments, you can now do so:

Q: Can I have _____ done to my site?
After we get your website set up and live, it’s yours to do anything you’d like to it! This website is very easy to customize and incorporate just about anything you might want.

We can give you a quote for anything you’d like done, or you can outsource it to another developer. Completely up to you – you’ll have the option to do as you wish.

Q: What's the process once I sign up?
When you sign up, we give you an intake form where you’ll give us some information to get started. We’ll set up a development site, and you can then take a look and let us know what content you want tweaked and we’ll make those changes. We provide some initial content for the most common appraisal services, but you’ll want to tweak those for your own business. We can take content from your existing site also to start with (if you already have one).

We set it up to be optimized for your city and the appraisal types, so each page we provide is optimized for the search engines right out of the gate.

Once the site is set up, you own it so you can go through and adjust any content or keywords you’d like. We will be providing you with video tutorials on how to change all aspects of the site, or we can help you with it. We don’t provide custom content outside of the initial setup but if you get something written you can easily put it in the pages.

We priced the sites low so we could give you a great foundation and a website that has been proven to work and is easy for you to use in the short term and long term. If you need more help after the initial site is set up, you can let us know and we can help you out at a low rate, or you can outsource the tech work on somewhere like Upwork.

Q: What's the timeframe for getting a site completed?
Once you submit the intake forms, we will get to work! We’ll have a draft of your site sent over to you in around a week, and we’ll work with you on any quick edits and we’ll take the site live. This generally takes 2-3 weeks.

If you have an existing website and you will be using the same domain name, we will work with you on making sure everything gets lined up properly before taking the new site live. If there are emails already being used for the domain for example we will work with you to make sure everything is set up properly so you don’t have any downtime of either your website or your email.

We will focus on making sure everything is lined up properly so taking the new website live is a seamless transition!

Q: I currently have a website set up and hosted with [other company]... what's the process to getting off their platform to having a site through you?
This is no problem and we have a lot of people use other services that decide to move over to having a site through us.

Basically what we would do is set up the site on a development server. Once it’s ready to go live, you’ll need to transfer your domain name into an Enom or Godaddy account (so you then own and control the domain name). Once the transfer is complete and you then control the domain, we’d point it right away to our server at which point it will go live.

There’s a few steps you’ll have to take to get it moved but we can send you all of the instructions and you can easily call the companies at each step with our specific instructions and they’ll get it taken care of. The great thing is after you’ve moved to the new website you’ll now have 100% control over your domain and website.

Q: What should I choose for my domain name?
We discussed this on the training, which you can watch at the top of this page.  We discuss that at the 12:45 mark.
Q: I didn't have time to watch the whole video above. What all was covered?
After an introduction about websites, we talked about:

[7:11] Why you must have a website!
[12:57] How to choose a proper domain name (this is where a lot of appraisers struggle)
[24:07] What you MUST have on your website to actually get results.
[34:46] Website search engine ranking tips… How to rank your website in Google.
[41:38] What you need to look for in a website designer or website provider.
[45:45] Important updates from Google (if you have a website you need to know about these!)
[48:29] New technology demo.
[1:02:10] Walkthrough of our website offer and Q&A.
